Developing winter tourism experiences in one of India's most isolated regions, providing year-round income opportunities in an area traditionally cut off for 6 months of the year.
Pangi Valley Homestay Network
Creating a network of community-managed homestays in one of Himachal's least explored valleys, generating sustainable income while preserving local architecture and traditions.
School Support Program
Working with remote Himalayan schools to provide educational materials, winter clothing, and infrastructure improvements while facilitating cultural exchange with visitors.
